Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Returns
Due to the nature of research chemicals:
Returns for change of mind are not accepted
Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible for return
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
We will review the claim and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection efforts.me condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
