This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Infinity Peptide Clinic (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory issues, verification requirements, or regulatory concerns.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are legal to import and possess in your jurisdiction.

We use reputable third-party carriers to deliver orders, which may include postal services or private couriers. For Australian based customers we mainly use Aus Post. For our US based customers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method

Any customs duties, import taxes, or government fees are the responsibility of the customer

Customs, Duties & Import Delays

For international shipments:

Customs inspections may cause delays

We are not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities

No refunds or replacements are issued for orders impacted by customs enforcement

Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier

Infinity Peptide Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, you must contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect addresses

Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error

Packages returned to sender for failed delivery

Reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 2 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will review the claim and, if approved, may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages
